Zero Data Collection

NeuraStep's LinkedIn Profile Analyzer is built with your privacy as its top priority. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you, your LinkedIn account, or the profiles you view.

How It Works

• Local Storage Only: Any data required for the extension to function, such as your OpenAI API key, is stored locally in your browser's secure storage. This data never leaves your computer.
• No Tracking: The extension does not track your browsing activity, the profiles you analyze, or the questions you ask the AI. We have no access to this information.
• DOM Interaction: The tool works by reading the Document Object Model (DOM) of the LinkedIn page you are currently viewing. This is the same information your browser uses to display the page. We do not interact with LinkedIn's servers or APIs directly.
• No Server Communication: Apart from sending profile data to the OpenAI API on your behalf (using your own API key), the extension makes no other external server calls. We do not have our own servers that collect or process your data.

OpenAI API Key

You provide your own OpenAI API key. All communication with OpenAI happens directly from your browser to their servers. We act as an intermediary to format the request, but we do not see, log, or store your API key or the content of your requests and responses.

This tool is designed to be a helpful, client-side assistant. It is completely free, and our business model does not involve collecting or monetizing user data. Your privacy is paramount.
